Thanks to everyone who came down to see us in Manchester city centre last weekend at the National Youth Market! It was a hectic couple of days but great to meet so many like minded people who were keen to help us in our mission to tackle food poverty in the UK. Earlier this week, we were able to deliver the latest 430 items of pasta, rice and tinned food on behalf of our customers to the FareShare Greater Manchester foodbank in Gorton – see above!
Can’t quite believe we’re now in summer. Market trading is traditionally quieter at this time of year so we won’t be trading as frequently in July/August (we’re going to be developing our online store, watch this space) nevertheless here are a few dates for your diary:
– July 5th: Excited to be making our debut in Knutsford at The Maker’s Market! We’ll have a stall on Princess Street from 11am – 4pm
– July 7th and 14th: Come and say hello at Altrincham Market! We’ll be trading in our regular spot on from 9am – 2pm in the 19th century covered market.
