There’s so much to do at our Community Kitchen this Autumn!
Just this week we launched a brand new Autumn/Winter menu, with new tasty dishes perfect for the colder weather. You can visit us as normal from Tuesday-Saturday (9am-3pm), or, excitingly, you can now book a table! Reservations last one hour.
If you’re on a budget, we’ve got good news – this week we’ve joined the app Too Good To Go! Our kitchen will be offering Surprise Bags containing one portion of Massaman Curry and our Soup of the Day, all for just £5. These will be available on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 2-3pm, via the Too Good To Go app.
We’ve also got a range of great events coming up that you don’t want to miss!
Join us tomorrow (Saturday 30th September) for our FREE Lunchbox Legends live chef demos. Our head Bounceback chefs will be showing you how to make a range of quick, healthy lunchbox ideas for the back-to-school season! Tickets are still available via Eventbrite.
In October, we’re marking Teacher’s Day by hosting a Teach Meet event on Saturday 14th October – with FREE toasties for teachers!
If you are a passionate teacher or educator, Teach Meet will be a chance to socialise and connect with other like-minded teaching professionals and share ideas, tips, and resources. Head down to our Community Kitchen to get your FREE toastie from up until 12pm (just show your teaching staff ID), and enjoy a relaxed opportunity to make new connections and learn from one another.
And there’s more! Get in the spooky mood with our family-friendly Carve and Cook workshops on Saturday 28th October and Wednesday 1st November – also free of charge! Come and carve some creative pumpkin designs, whilst learning how to turn the leftover waste into delicious, healthy recipes. For our Wednesday session, you can simply bring your own Halloween leftovers to turn into tasty dishes (we can provide these if needed).
