No Sunday dinner is complete without a Yorkshire pudding learn how to make them with this super easy recipe!
2 | eggs, beaten |
150g | plain flour |
170ml | semi-skimmed milk |
1 tsp | butter |
salt, to taste |
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/ gas mark 6.
2. Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl with a the salt, create a well in the middle and add the egg. Mix together with a whisk and being to incrementally add the milk, whisking as you go, until a batter forms.
3. Line a Yorkshire pudding tray or similar tray with butter in each hole. Pour in the mixture until full.
4. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until a golden brown colour, then serve.
Serve with gravy for maximum enjoyment.
