A perfect sandwich filling or topping for a baked potato!
145g |
tinned tuna, strained |
2 tsps | capers (optional) |
70g | tinned sweetcorn, strained (optional) |
1/2 | shallot, diced (optional) |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1. In a mixing bowl, add the strained tuna and break up chunks with a fork.
2. Add the mayonnaise , seasoning and any other optional ingredients of your choosing and mix together into an even consistency.
Spring onions and chilli sauce can be used for alternative flavours.
