This dish showcases pak choi and demonstrates how it can become a perfect Eat Well for Less side dish!
250g | pak choi (halved or quartered depending on size) |
1 | red onion, chopped |
2 | thumb size pieces of ginger, peeled and grated |
3 | garlic cloves, thinly sliced |
3 tbsps | light soy sauce |
1 | lime, juice |
2 tbsps | sunflower/vegetable oil |
Stir, then serve and enjoy!
Add chilli flakes if you like heat!
