A great fix for breakfast or lunch an omelette is maximum bang for the buck.
3 | eggs, beaten |
50g | cheddar, grated |
1 tsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1. Add the olive oil to a medium sized frying pan and place over a medium heat.
2. Add the egg and cook for 30 seconds, then using a spatula carve out a straight line directly through the middle of the egg.
3. Allow any uncooked egg to fall into the gap, cover the whole dish with cheese then fold the omelette in half along the line previously created.
4. Cook for 1 minute, flip and repeat then serve.
This recipe is a simple template which can easily be added to have an experiment and see what flavours you can come up with.
