This stir fry recipe has a wonderful authentic taste, is full of healthy ingredients and is only 229 calories per serving!
1 tbsp | olive oil |
60g | red cabbage, thinly sliced |
1 | red onion, thinly sliced |
1 | carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks |
60g | cauliflower florets |
50g | broccoli florets |
30g | mangetout |
50g | beansprouts |
1 | garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped |
1/2 tsp | red chilli, finely sliced |
1/2 tbsp | coriander seeds |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
squeeze of lime | |
1 tsp | root ginger, peeled and grated |
1 tsp | fish sauce |
Top with chopped unsalted nuts for some extra flavour.
