Perfect for breakfast with toast, or as a topping for other dishes, a boiled egg is a need to know skill!

Ingredients

egg
1l water

Method

1. Add the egg to a pan
and and cover with the water.

2. Bring the
water to a rolling boil and time 4 minutes from the point of boiling.

3. Remove the
egg from the water and serve. 

Chef’s tips

This recipe is for 1 boiled egg. For more, add as many eggs as needed and add an extra 1 minute to the cook time for every additional egg.
