This Sri Lankan dish is the perfect blend of sweet coconut, sharp lime juice and has a kick from the heat of a chilli. Serve with a mild curry or our Egg Hopper recipe.
2 | green chillies, chopped extra finely |
150g | kale, chopped extra finely |
5 tbsps | desicated coconut |
2 | handfuls of parsley, chopped extra finely |
3 | limes, juice |
salt, to taste |
If you struggle with the extra fine chopping, feel free to use a blender – but note it will change the consistency of the dish.
