A summer time classic which makes the perfect BBQ accompaniment.
450g | baby potatoes, halved or quartered depending on size |
1.5 | shallots, finely diced |
2 tsps | capers, diced |
2 tsps | mini gherkins, diced |
1.5 tbps | mayonnaise |
1.5 tbps | olive oil |
2 tsps | cider vinegar |
1 | juice of lemon |
parsley, diced, handful | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
