Guacamole

The go-to dip for tortilla chips

Avocados are a naturally nutrient-dense food and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals. They are also high in potassium, heart-healthy fat and the key ingredient to delicious guacamole! 

Ingredients

2  avocados, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, very finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
25g fresh coriander, finely chopped 
1 tsp chilli flakes
salt, to taste 
1 lime, juice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl then mix together with a large pinch of salt.
  2. Serve immediately either as a side, or fresh with tortilla chips. 

Chef’s tips

Add extra lime juice and season as required.
Add extra chilli flakes for more heat!
Keep the seed – it helps to preserve your guacamole!
