Tropical Green Smoothie

The ideal summer snack!

A great way to incorporate greens into your diet! 

Ingredients

1 banana, sliced 
1 or 2 handfuls spinach (fresh or frozen)
1 handful tropical fruit mix
1/2 juice of a lemon 
50 ml  plant based milk (e.g. oat or almond) 

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.

2. Serve and enjoy.

Chef’s tips

Add some honey for a sweeter flavour!
