Avocados are a naturally nutrient-dense food and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals. They are also high in potassium, heart-healthy fat and the key ingredient to delicious guacamole!
2 | avocados, finely chopped |
1/2 | red onion, very finely chopped |
1 | tomato, finely chopped |
25g | fresh coriander, finely chopped |
1 tsp | chilli flakes |
salt, to taste | |
1 | lime, juice |
Add extra lime juice and season as required.
Add extra chilli flakes for more heat!
