Perfect for a summers day when you want to bring out the barbecue!
for the burgers:
1kg | beef mince |
1 small | white onion, finely diced |
2 garlic cloves | finely chopped |
1 tsp | dijon mustard |
1 tbsp | worcestershire sauce |
2 tsps | tomato ketchup |
1 medium | egg, beaten |
½ tsp | salt |
½ tsp | black pepper |
to serve: | |
8 | cheddar cheese slices |
8 | burger buns |
8 | lettuce leaves |
1 | tomato, cut into thin slices |
You can omit the beef mince for pork or lamb, or for a veggie option use quorn mince!
Add additional toppings like bacon, fried egg and avocado!
Serve with a side of homemade chips and coleslaw for a full meal.
