This version of a classic Greek mezze is a lovely dip that can be served with gigantes plaki, gyros, burgers or kebabs.
150g | Greek yoghurt |
1/2 | cucumber |
2 | garlic cloves, crushed |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
1 tsp | chopped/dried mint |
1 tsp | chopped dried dill |
salt and pepper, to taste |
